Pancreas Club Annual Meeting 2025

From May 2 to 3, 2025, the LaserBlood team participated in the Pancreas Club Annual Meeting in San Diego, presenting two contributions related to pancreatic cancer research.

One presentation focused on the coupling of magnetic levitation of graphene oxide complexes with clinically relevant biomarkers to improve the classification of pancreatic adenocarcinoma — a topic that also incorporated aspects of nanotechnology.

The second contribution explored the role of inflammation and fibrosis at the pancreatic resection margin in the development of post-operative pancreatic fistulas after pancreaticoduodenectomy.

Both presentations referenced the LaserBlood project, highlighting its relevance and integration into cutting-edge research in the field.
