On January 27th and 28th, LaserBlood participated in the Crowdhelix Health Matchmaking Event in Barcelona, where Dr Marco Casadei presented a project poster highlighting our latest advances and strategic vision. The two-day event, co-hosted with the Institut d’Investigacions Biomèdiques August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS), brought together leading researchers, industry stakeholders, and business representatives to accelerate health innovation under the framework of HorizonEurope.
The meeting gathered participants from across Europe and beyond — including Spain, Italy, the U.K., Canada, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Finland, Estonia, Greece, Turkey, Ireland, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Cyprus, and the United States — fostering a truly international exchange. Through targeted networking sessions, expert-led discussions, interactive workshops, and facility visits, attendees explored strategies to build strong, impact-driven consortia for the 2026 Horizon Europe Pillar II Cluster 1 calls. The event provided a valuable platform to strengthen collaborations and enhance competitiveness for upcoming proposals, reinforcing LaserBlood’s commitment to advancing innovation through strategic partnerships.
