SPIE Photonics West 2026

From January 20 to 22, 2026, LaserBlood returned to the SPIE Photonics West Exhibition in San Francisco for the third consecutive year, represented by our coordinator, FLIM LABS.

Over these three editions, our presence has steadily evolved—from introducing our core concept to presenting increasingly mature technological developments. This year, we showcased further progress in fluorescence lifetime analysis for early pancreatic cancer detection, highlighting refinements in instrumentation, improved signal processing, and advancements toward clinical translation. The integration of nanotechnology, biophotonics, and data-driven analysis continues to strengthen the robustness and scalability of our diagnostic approach.

Returning to Photonics West year after year has allowed us not only to share technological milestones, but also to build continuity in dialogue with researchers, industry leaders, and potential partners. Each edition deepens collaborations initiated in previous years and opens new pathways for innovation, reinforcing LaserBlood’s commitment to advancing non-invasive, high-precision solutions for early cancer detection.
